My Guarantee gives you the flexibilty of being able to purchase another home without having to worry about the sale of your present one.
When you list your home for sale with me, I will give you a written guarantee on your home so you can make a FIRM offer on another.
1. This Guarantee will be a fully executed Sales Agreement so you have the assurance that if your home doesn't sell within a specified period of time, I will buy it for CASH! (YES, I'll put it in writing!)
2. Should I sell your home during that time for a higher amount than the Guarantee, you get that amount, not me.
If you're not buying another home and would like a Guaranteed Sale, NO PROBLEM! I'll put me money where my mouth is because I am so confident that my Marketing will sell your home before I have to buy it. If it doesn't, that's my problem, not yours!
